Coming up in the next five weeks there will be a post series on the Food Pyramid. Every Wednesday starting May 16th, there will be a new post on the different sections of the pyramid, ending with a Food Pyramid Recipe Book. The series topics will include fats/sugars, fruit/veggies, meat, dairy, and grains. Each post will accompany delicious recipes to try with each group.
